懶人菜 Meals for lazy bones


Yoz,

This site reminds me of the lazy meal that I used to make.

Lots of ideas.. good for ppl who works 8-12 everyday.

Here's my "famous" recipe

  • Throw "Raw rice/ uncooked pasta" into pot and add plenty of water.
  • Wait 20-30 minutes (till cooked), drain off SOME boiled water, reminder will be your SOUP
  • Throw in Campbell soup (Cream of chicken or whatsover)
  • Once boiling, add in vegetables
  • Cook for 3 minutes
  • Eat right from pot

Benefits:

  • U have everything - vegie, soup + staple IN 40 minutes
  • Less washing, eat straight!!!
  • No hassles, just throw everything in and you're free to do other chores, you may use a stop watch to help you keep time.
